JENNIFER LEE has built a storytelling career spanning film, comics, and prose.
She produced and edited THE SKELETON TWINS starring Bill Hader and Kristen Wiig. In 2014 the film premiered at Sundance, where it won the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award and was picked up by Roadside Attractions, Lionsgate, and Sony.
Other film credits include TRUE ADOLESCENTS starring Mark Duplass, UNION SQUARE starring Mira Sorvino and Tammy Blanchard, ARCADIA starring John Hawkes, and SMALL, BEAUTIFULLY MOVING PARTS starring Anna Margaret Hollyman and André Holland. She also edited Comedy Central's Peabody-winning satirical documentary DL HUGHLEY: THE ENDANGERED LIST.
Next up is the forthcoming MY BLIND BROTHER starring Adam Scott, Nick Kroll, and Jenny Slate. The film premiered at SXSW 2016 where it won the Gamechanger Award for director Sophie Goodhart and was picked up by Starz for distribution.
Prior to working in film, Jenny was a comic book editor for Marvel and DC. Her books include WOLVERINE, DAREDEVIL, BLACK WIDOW, 100 BULLETS, TRANSMETROPOLITAN, the KICK-ASS series, and the award-winning illustrated prose novel THE SANDMAN: THE DREAM HUNTERS.
